100 years of heritage  For a century, Champlain has celebrated local flavors and the art of hosting. This holiday season, start your day with the amazing Champlain brunch buffet. Bask in the chic and magical atmosphere of the restaurant, and enjoy a generous and refined experience which pays tribute to 100 years of heritage. 

In the elegant decor of Bistro Le SAM, enjoy a sumptuous five-course meal, punctuated by captivating music, dance and performances inspired by the greatest cabaret acts of the 1920s and ’30s.

The unmissable gala of the year!   You will be welcomed with a glass of fizz as you arrive before enjoying a sumptuous five-course meal with carefully crafted food and wine pairings. The melodies played by the pianist and the captivating DJ beats will create a refined and festive atmosphere all throughout the evening, before giving way to an energetic performance by the Quebec band Red Velvet.   As midnight draws near, a flute of champagne will be served to all guests to toast the New Year. Share this special moment with your loved ones in the spectacular and sumptuous setting of the Ballroom, and ring in the New Year with energy, elegance and joy.

One glass of wine per person will complete this gourmet experience.

An invitation to meet around an exceptional table! At midnight, it’s time to celebrate: a glass of champagne will be served so that we can mark the arrival of the new year together.

Celebrate Christmas with a four-course menu in the majestic setting of the ballroom. Upon arrival, a glass of fizz will be offered as a welcome drink, followed by a bottle of wine for two.   A pianist and DJ will entertain guests from the central stage, and there will be a special visit from Santa Claus for families.
