Kumiko and Sip & Guzzle Guest Shift
For one-night only two of North America’s most celebrated cocktail bars join the Library Bar team for the last Guest Shift of the year.
Chicago’s Kumiko, led by acclaimed visionary Julia Momose, joins forces with Tsunetaka Imada from New York’s legendary Sip & Guzzle for a night of meticulous technique, rare Japanese spirits, and standout cocktails.
It’s a fitting finale to our Guest Bartender Series, and a chance to experience two of the continent’s best bars without leaving the city.
