Step away from the modern world and into the stillness of Scotland’s wild coastline with a celestial overnight experience unlike any other. Set atop the dramatic cliffs of Fife overlooking the North Sea, this private journey begins in a secluded observation dome, where an expert astronomer reveals the wonders of one of the UK’s most celebrated dark skies. Using a state-of-the-art telescope, guests can discover constellations, planets, and deep-sky phenomena while learning to navigate the night sky with the naked eye. As evening unfolds, a Fairmont chef curates an intimate seasonal dining experience featuring the finest Scottish ingredients, served in a setting of sea air, silence, and starlight. Back in the privacy of the suite, a telescope awaits on the balcony for personal stargazing, alongside a sparkling celestial cocktail, a rare Scottish whisky, and local confections for a final moment of indulgence beneath the stars.
