For the final meal of the year, the Champlain restaurant invites you to experience an exceptional evening. An experience inspired by the St. Lawrence River and the regions it connects.

For a century, the Champlain has celebrated the flavors of this region and the art of hospitality. For this evening, Chef Tristan Ratcliffe Lambert and his team will prepare a menu with eight stops (courses), highlighting the products, know-how and riches of Quebec’s regions. 


The musical talents of Mademoizelle Fizz will accompany the celebrations throughout the evening. An invitation to meet around an exceptional table!

At midnight, it’s time to celebrate: a glass of champagne will be served so that we can mark the arrival of the new year together.
